How we transport / ship our Boerboel Puppies
Picking your puppy up is preferred over shipping.
We prefer our new puppy owners to pick their puppies up. Pick up gives you a chance to meet us and get a feel for our dogs. Exotic Boerboels inspire awe when you see them in person. You will also transfer your puppy directly from the litter to your new family. This offers the absolute best transition course.
Our Breeding Boerboels are special animals.
They are impressive but it takes effort to keep them healthy fit and stress-free. Witnessing our Boerboels in person is best.
You can observe their aura of power and size up close, touch them and run your hands over the dogs. The puppies come out to meet you too! You may want to spend some extra time with us if all goes well.
The important thing is you can inspect your puppy first hand. You can see our kennel facilities. Our dogs are impressive and healthy specimens of the breed, but most importantly they are people-oriented dogs.

When I first began puppy shipping by air was the most common and popular way.
Dogs and puppies over the age of 9 weeks were transported as cargo in a temperature-controlled area of the plane with luggage. This practice came under scrutiny when some dogs escaped their crate and were found attacking other dogs. The final straw came sometime around 2019 when a person was forced to put a barking puppy in the overhead compartment of the plane and the result was the puppy was found dead after the trip was over.

Airlines finally banned the shipment of boerboels in cargo holds it left pet owners with few choices when they wanted to get their puppy.

Next, we would reserve a flight for your puppy very similar to booking a flight reservation for a human. After flight arrangements are made. Flight confirmation will be sent to your email. The puppy will visit the veterinarian for a registration certificate of good health clearing the Boerboel puppy to fly the friendly skies.
After Exotic Boerboel breeders ship, you at your nearest airport at the arrival time of the flight. Most of the time the pickup up is at the cargo department on the airline of choice. The airline is very good about keeping up with the shipper and receiver to make sure that all dogs and pups are delivered safely.
